Yours truly has just returned from Puerto Vallerta, Mexico. Here are photos I snapped of a local pottery lady,  and the colorful pottery she is decorating. She is working in this sunny, outdoor Puerto Vallerta studio behind her family pottery shop.

While usually write about the art in my home base of Sonoma wine country, I also enjoy traveling in my spare time and checking out  other cultures.  I found that Puerto Vallerta has a lively arts and crafts scene!
